These rates offered are confidential and exclusive for this specific requirement of this group.
The rates offered are valid for the dates of stay indicated under “Group Details”. Should the dates of stay, or number of rooms required be amended, the rates and the Hotel’s availability are subject to change.
These rates are only bookable by the client directly with the hotel.
All amounts noted in this contract are in Australian Dollars (AUD) & are inclusive of 10% goods & services tax (GST).
Any requested changes to the group reservation need to be communicated to the hotel in writing.
Payments are due as per the specified payment schedule. The Hotel will provide proforma invoices for pre-payment.
Payments can be made via EFT Bank Transfer or via an authorised credit card. The Hotel’s banking details, and credit card authority form are included within this document.
Should payments not be made as per the payment schedule, the
Hotel will consider the booking to be cancelled.
Please note, when paying with a credit card, a surcharge will be applied.
Rooms will be available for check-in from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Check out time is 10:00 on the day of departure.
Should an earlier check in or late check out be required, this would be subject to the Hotel’s availability on the day of arrival and additional charges may apply.
The storage of materials or items is subject to the availability of space and must be requested in advance. The Hotel will take all the necessary care but accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of items left in the hotel prior, during or post the guest’s stay. All items not approved must be removed immediately following departure.
We are committed to sustainable practices, reducing our carbon footprint and supporting local community through our ecostay program. Guest room bedding and towels will be replaced after every three nights, except Sundays and Public Holidays.
The client agrees to pay for any direct damage caused by the client’s guest to a hotel room or other facilities/amenities upon the hotel providing evidence of the damage incurred.
Up to one child under the age of 12 years, sharing with parents & utilizing existing bedding is accommodated free of charge on the in room single sofa (room only) Cots are free of charge.
The Hotel does not have a porterage service available, however, we will do our very best to assist where possible with luggage and escorting of guests to rooms.
To the extent permitted by law, the client agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless, Prendiville Group and its related entities and each of their officers, employees, contractors, sub-contractors and agents against, from and in respect of all expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments and losses of any kind whatsoever (including but not limited to consequential, indirect, punitive and economic losses, property loss/damage and damages for injury, including personal injury and death) arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from any booking made under these terms and conditions or the client’s or a client’s personnel’s stay at any Prendiville Group hotel, except to the extent such expense, cost, liability, claim, action, proceeding, damage, judgement or loss arose out of, was caused by, attributable to or resulted from Prendiville Group’s gross negligence, significant wrongful act/omission or material breach of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of gross negligence, significant wrongful act/omission or material breach of these Terms and Conditions, the maximum liability of Prendiville Group and its related entities and each of their officers, employees, contractors, sub-contractors and agents for any and all claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in connection with this contract shall be limited to the lower of the cost incurred by either the client or hotel(s) in sourcing alternative accommodation arrangements to fulfil the hotel(s) remaining services and product obligations of contract. The client shall have no liability for any consequential, indirect, or punitive damages or losses suffered by the client, regardless of whether such damages or losses were foreseeable or not.
The rates in this agreement are only valid to the client listed.
These rates cannot be offered by the client direct to the consumer via the Internet, or by any other channels, without prior written approval from the Hotel.
The Hotel has the right to vary any and all terms of this agreement should the rates be distributed or retailed on the Internet.
Hotel conditions are based on COVID-19 short term accommodation hotel operated protocols as at the date of full agreement execution.
If conditions change and require increased biosecurity measures,
the client agrees to pay any directly related additional costs.
The rates in this contract do not include any additional services
that may be required for the purposes of the unexpected guest quarantine support, such as personal protection equipment for hotel staff, additional cleaning costs or any other costs deemed necessary
by hotel management to facilitate the safety of staff and guests.
The Hotel will not be in breach of this contract, or, in anyway liable, if the Hotel is prevented from complying with this contract by reason of act of God, act of public enemy, war, earthquake, riot, flood, explosion, compliance with any law or government restraint order, rule regulations, strikes, lock outs or any other cause not reasonably within the control of the Hotel.
Each guest will be required to check-in by signing a registration form and providing identification on arrival. The Hotel’s policies of stay are indicated on the registration form and must be adhered to.
The Hotel operates under the Inn-Keepers Act 1920 (WA). With the respect to the in-house guest’s privacy, members of the Hotel’s staff are permitted to enter the guest’s room with minimal notice. The Hotel reserves the right to evict a guest for disruptive and anti-social behaviour without notice and with immediate effect. The behaviour patterns as specified in the Hotel’s Code of Conduct must be adhered to by all parties.
