Confidential Terms & Conditions

Rates

  • All rates are per room per night, quoted in $AUD and are inclusive of 10% GST. Rates are non-last room availability (NLRA) and subject to the hotel’s availability. All rates and discounts are non-commissionable unless otherwise stated in the agreement. Blackout dates may apply.
  • The Hotel(s) reserves the right to review and renegotiate the rates set out in this agreement should the production of room nights materially be less or more than the agreed room night commitment in any three (3) month period during the term of this agreement.
  • Any changes to reservations need to be communicated to the hotel(s) in writing.
  • Room requests above 10 room nights will be subject to the hotel(s) group or long stay policies, terms and conditions.

Method of Payment & Incidentals

  • A method of payment (credit card (charge applicable), or EFT pre-payment) must be supplied in order to secure a booking. If no approved card, facilities are in place. Should payments not be made as per these terms, the hotel(s) will consider the booking(s) to be canceled.
  • The hotel(s) reserve the right to process payment in advance of the day of arrival.

Cancellations & Pre-Terminations

  • A minimum of 72 hours’ notice in metropolitan locations and 72 hours’ in regional locations, from 2pm local time, is required for any cancellations or pre-terminations. The residual of the applicable booking up to two nights will be charged in full.

Check-In Policy

  • Standard check-in time: 2pm & Standard check-out time: 10am

Storage

  • The storage of materials or items is subject to the availability of space and must be requested in advance. The Hotel(s) will take all the necessary care but accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of items left in the hotel(s) precinct during or post the guest's stay. All items not approved must be removed immediately following departure.

Housekeeping

  • We are committed to sustainable practices, reducing our carbon footprint and supporting local community through our ecotourism program. Guest rooms bedding and towels will be replaced after every three nights, except Sunday and public holidays.

Hotel Damage

  • The client agrees to pay for any direct damage caused by the client’s guest to a hotel room or other facilities/amenities upon the hotel providing evidence of the damage incurred.

Confidentiality

  • No representation made by or on behalf of Prendiville Group, a Prendiville Group hotel, the sales manager and/or respective employees and agents in relation to this agreement will be binding unless that representation is in writing and is incorporated into this agreement.

Indemnity

  • To the extent permitted by law, the client agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless, Prendiville Group and its related entities and each of their officers, employees, contractors, sub-contractors and agents, against any and all expenses, losses, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgements and costs of any kind whatsoever (including but not limited to consequential and indirect punitive and economic loss, property loss/damage and damages for injury, including personal injury and death) arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from any booking made under these terms and conditions.

Force Majeure

  • The Hotel(s) will not be in breach of this contract, or in anyway liable, if the Hotel(s) are prevented from complying with this contract by reasons of act of God, act of public enemy, war, earthquake, riot, flood, explosion, compliance with any law or government restriction, fire, natural disasters, strikes, lock outs or any other cause not reasonably within the control of the Hotel(s).

Hotel Registration & Inn-Keepers Act

  • Each guest will be required to check-in by signing a registration form and providing identification on arrival. The Hotel’s policies of stay are indicated on the registration form and must be adhered to.
  • The Hotel(s) operates under the Inn-Keepers Act 1920 (WA). With the respect to the in-house guest's privacy, members of the Hotel's staff are permitted to enter the guest's room with minimal notice. The Hotel(s) reserves the right to evict a guest for disruptive and anti-social behaviour without notice and with immediate effect. The behavlour patterns as specified in the Hotel(s) "Code of Conduct" must be adhered to by all parties.
