Working closely with the Executive Chef, you will assist in leading the kitchen team, managing daily operations, maintaining food safety standards, and contributing to menu development.

- Lead, train, and inspire a talented kitchen team.
- Develop and refine menus that showcase authentic and contemporary flavours.
- Ensure consistency in presentation, taste, and quality.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including ordering, stock control, food safety compliance (HACCP) and rostering.
- Manage food costs and drive efficiency without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with management to deliver an outstanding guest dining experience.
- Proven experience as a Head Chef with solid kitchen experience
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, motivating approach.
- Deep understanding of traditional cooking techniques and ingredients.
