About the Role
As Assistant Front Office Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day operations of the Front Office. Supporting the Front Office Manager and General Manager, you will ensure smooth arrivals, departures, reservations, guest communication, room allocation and seamless collaboration across departments.
You will help lead a team of Guest Service Agents and Duty Managers while actively shaping The Leea's signature service culture.

About the Role
As Assistant Front Office Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day operations of the Front Office. Supporting the Front Office Manager and General Manager, you will ensure smooth arrivals, departures, reservations, guest communication, room allocation and seamless collaboration across departments.
You will help lead a team of Guest Service Agents and Duty Managers while actively shaping The Leea's signature service culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Front Office Manager in daily operations for a 100+ room property
- Lead, coach and mentor Front Office team members including GSAs, Duty Managers and Night Audit
- Manage arrivals, departures, VIP setups, room allocations and daily reporting
- Maintain high accuracy with billing, cash handling, reconciliations and PMS processes
- Ensure clear communication and collaboration with Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B
- Assist with forecasting, occupancy management, rate checks and reservation quality control
- Address guest concerns with professionalism and effective service recovery
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and departmental performance management
- Uphold The Leea's service culture and Prendiville Group operational standards
- Previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor, Duty Manager, or AFOM in a hotel environment
- Strong understanding of front office systems, reservations, billing and reporting
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Confident managing busy check-in/out periods in a 100+ room hotel
- Experience with Opera, RMS or similar PMS platforms
- Positive, hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives in a diverse team
- Ability to remain calm, professional and guest-focused under pressure
