As Executive Chef, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen management, including menu design, food preparation, cost control, and team leadership. You will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation while ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience across all our dining outlets and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of chefs and kitchen staff
- Design creative, seasonal menus that reflect current trends and guest preferences
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Manage food and labour costs within budgetary guidelines
- Collaborate with hotel management to drive guest satisfaction and revenue growth
- Oversee culinary services for functions and events
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or a Sous Chef in a hotel or upscale dining environment
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Creative flair with a deep understanding of contemporary food trends and cuisine
- Passionate about Italian food, having prior experience with this cuisine
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and cost control
- A hands-on leader with a passion for excellence and team development
- Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications
