Reporting to the Executive Chef you will assist in the preparation and service of high-quality dishes for our functions and busy restaurant. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone looking to grow their culinary skills in a professional and supportive environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards of taste and presentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workstation
• Assist with stock control, rotation, and inventory
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Contribute ideas for new dishes and menu improvements

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a similar role
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Culinary qualification is a plus but not essential
