Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Front Office operations to deliver exceptional guest service and efficient operational control.
- Oversee front desk operations including check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest enquiries
- Ensure guest feedback, complaints, and issues are handled promptly and professionally
- Maintain front office procedures, systems, and brand standards
- Liaise closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor KPIs including guest satisfaction, upselling, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with WHS, cash handling, and hotel policies.
- Proven experience in a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
