Working closely with the hotel leadership team, you will help coordinate daily operations and ensure our service and presentation standards are consistently delivered.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Creating a warm, professional and personalised experience for every guest.
  • Supporting daily hotel operations, including guest arrivals, departures, check-ins and check-outs.
  • Coordinating room allocations, upgrades, VIP guests and special requests.
  • Working closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Maintenance to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Assisting guests with restaurant recommendations, tours, transfers and local information.
  • Responding promptly to guest feedback and confidently resolving concerns.
  • Monitoring hotel presentation, facilities and service standards.
  • Supporting Food & Beverage operations during busy service periods when required.
  • Providing hands-on support and guidance to employees across the hotel.
  • Assisting with employee training, service standards and product knowledge.
  • Helping build a positive, professional and engaging team culture.
  • Ensuring hotel policies, procedures, WHS and hygiene standards are maintained.

About You
You are a confident, approachable hospitality professional who enjoys being part of the operation and leading by example. You will ideally have previous experience in hotel operations, duty management, front office, guest services or a similar supervisory role, along with:

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and outstanding guest service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence handling guest feedback and resolving issues.
  • Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach.
  • The ability to work effectively across multiple hotel departments.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your operational experience, develop your leadership skills and play an important role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Apply today and take the next step in your hospitality career.
