Duty Manager
The Cottesloe Beach Hotel is a high-volume coastal food and beverage operation and is currently looking to recruit a full-time experienced Duty Manager with a demonstrated experience to become part of our team. This position has the room for future growth.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily Food and Beverage operations of the hotel.
- Coordinating the activity of the Food and Beverage staff
- Development and training of staff
- Maintaining high standards of service
- Opening and/or closing of the venue
- Maintaining venue presentation and cleanliness
- Processing & reconciling POS & EFT terminals and complete with end of day financial reporting
- Attending management briefings and meetings
- Monthly stocktaking and stock control procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager
- Excellent understanding of cellar operations
- Strong knowledge of wine, draught beer and spirits
- Valid WA un-restricted approved managers certification
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a passion for delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Have strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of WHS
- H&L Knowledge is highly regarded.
