- Drive menu innovation across all outlets
- Maintain excellence in food quality, presentation, and service
- Lead, train, and mentor the kitchen team
- Manage stock, pricing, COGS, and supplier relations
- Uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
- Support daily kitchen operations and event execution
- Menu Development & Culinary Trends
- Inventory Control & Menu Costing
- Collaboration with FOH & Events Teams
- Customer Engagement & Feedback Implementation
- Quality Assurance & Presentation Standards
- Health & Safety Compliance
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years' experience in high-volume, premium dining
- Minimum 2 years in a senior kitchen leadership role (Sous Chef or higher)
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Skilled in menu costing, Excel, rostering, and operational planning
- A refined palate and passion for culinary creativity
- A leadership style that's hands-on, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
