We're looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team on a casual basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment and takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
 
About the Role: As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll support the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department — leading by example to ensure rooms and public areas are spotless, well-presented, and ready for guests. You'll coordinate room attendants, inspect rooms, and assist with training and quality control.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and room attendants.
• Conduct room inspections to maintain brand and cleanliness standards.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Coordinate room assignments and communicate effectively with Front Office and Maintenance teams.
• Assist with ordering and stock control of cleaning supplies and linen.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory  (hotel experience preferred).
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to high standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and motivate others.
• Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required.
