Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and room attendants.
- Conduct room inspections to maintain brand and cleanliness standards.
- Support training and development of team members.
- Coordinate room assignments and communicate effectively with Front Office and Maintenance teams.
- Assist with ordering and stock control of cleaning supplies and linen.
- Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory (hotel experience preferred).
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to high standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and motivate others.
- Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required.
