Working alongside our Executive Chef you will be responsible for delivering consistently high-quality dishes that balance authenticity with creativity. The position requires experience in all areas of the Southeast Asian Kitchen, producing vibrant small plates suited for a fast-paced, high-volume service environment.

About You:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in quality, high-volume Asian venues.
- Strong knowledge of Southeast Asian flavours and techniques.
- Ability to balance creativity with cost control, consistency, and efficiency.
- A collaborative leader who thrives in a team-focused kitchen.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in high-volume, premium dining
- Minimum 2 years in a senior kitchen leadership role (Sous Chef or higher)
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Skilled in menu costing, Excel, rostering, and operational planning
- A refined palate for Southeast Asian food and passion for culinary creativity
- A leadership style that's hands-on, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
