You will be working closely with our Executive Chef and Head Chef to bring the vibrant taste of Southeast Asia to life. Our food is designed to be shared, punchy and fresh, wok fired dishes with fire, crunch and zing and delicate street food-inspired creations.

About the Role
Depending on your experience and level, your responsibilities may include:
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes to brand and menu standards
- Supporting daily kitchen operations, including service and preparation
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in line with HACCP standards
- Assisting with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
- Contributing to menu development and continuous improvement
- Leading, training, and mentoring junior kitchen team members (senior roles)
- Working collaboratively with front-of-house and management teams
We welcome applications from chefs at all stages of their career. Ideally, you will have:
- Relevant chef experience in a commercial kitchen (level dependent)
- A genuine passion for food and hospitality
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure in a busy service environment
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Culinary qualifications (preferred but not essential for all roles)
