We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef. As a Sous Chef, you will be the right-hand to the Executive Chef, ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen. You will play a key role in menu development, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene. - Oversee and maintain food preparation and ensure consistency in quality and presentation.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and cost control.
- Contribute to menu creation and innovation.
- Ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
- Food safety supervisor and hygiene certification is a plus.
